1. Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before returning to use the digital-ev.co.uk website operated by Digital EV.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

2. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

Digital EV provides performance marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Web Design, CRO) using industry best practices. However, search engine algorithms (Google) and paid advertising networks (Meta, Google Ads) are third-party systems outside of our control.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RANKINGS, OR FINANCIAL RETURNS. All marketing carries inherent risk. We guarantee the rigorous execution of strategy, not the absolute behavior of independent algorithms or consumer markets.

3. Payment Terms & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in a specific Statement of Work (SOW):

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt.
  • Monthly retainers are typically billed in advance.
  • We operate on a 30-day rolling contract for retainers and do not lock clients into 12-month agreements. You may cancel with 30 days written notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital EV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials produced by Digital EV during the course of a project (code, designs, copy, strategy documents) become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment, subject to any open-source licenses utilized. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
